Red Zen Pilates Studio, situated within the serene setting of Rockley Golf & Country Club along the picturesque Southern Coast of Barbados, has been dedicated to the art of classical Pilates since its establishment in 2010.

Over the years, we have grown to offer a diverse range of classes within a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Our repertoire includes the utilization of specialized equipment such as the reformer, cadillac/tower, wunda chair, as well as incorporating TRX and kettle bells into our classes.

At Red Zen, we provide a range of options to suit your preferences, including private sessions, semi-private sessions, small group classes or personalized classes that can take place at your home, office, or villa.
